We offer Appraisal Management Services to assist Banks and Mortgage Lenders in outsourcing their appraisal needs while ensuring those firms are staying compliant with Inter-agency Appraisal and Evaluation Guidelines, which are often misunderstood by the staff members at these firms.
We are experienced in performing high volume, high-quality property appraisals for Banks and Mortgage Lenders. ProValu is at the forefront of compliance issues regarding Appraisal Independence Requirements (AIR), Uniform Standards and Principles of Appraisal Practice (USPAP), the Truth In Lending Act, TILA-RESPA Integrated Disclosure, Dodd-Frank, UMDP, UCDP and UAD. We also don't try and push meaningless Service Agreements onto our Appraisers. USPAP outlines assignment conditions and Appraiser Independence Requirements communicate leaving the Appraiser alone. These are two major components many Banks and AMC's don't fully understand. We act as the conduit between the Bank or Mortgage Lender and the Appraiser while ensuring all parties are compliant with USPAP, AIR and the guidelines of the Intended User for a particular assignment.
